Shipping & Returns
If you’ve ordered something that doesn’t work out, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be written on your return package, or the package will be refused and returned to you.
We will accept returns within fourteen (14) days of receipt on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card. Any returns after 14 days will be for store credit only, which will be issued in the form of a gift certificate mailed to your address. This gift certificate expires one year from issue date. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.
Please note that Limited Additions has a brick and mortar store in Tucson, AZ which is a separate business entity from shoplimitedadditions.com, and has a different return policy. Please direct any questions regarding our return policy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- shoplimitedaddtions.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition, does not have an RA, or is outside the fourteen (14) day return period.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as shoplimitedadditions.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us).
